Somewhere between the procrastination and the homework, the friendships and the crushes, the "what are we doing tonights" and the parties - I forgot what college was really about. I forgot that pretending to be happy doesn't make you happy, that you can't control falling in love and you can't make yourself fall in love. I learned that it's ok to whine to your friends and that sometimes the things you want you just cant have. I learned that the things we want to forget are things we need to talk about. I learned that drunk phone calls can sometimes make smiles. Most of all, I learned that college isn't all about drinking and hookups - its about friendships. I learned that my friends are the most important people in the world & that without them I wouldn't be who I am, or have half as much fun.
